- Create your own property website with multiple, wide angle pictures, Virtual Tour, Blackberry Pager instant notification, and cell phone response.

- Create an Enhanced Listing on Realtor.com, the nations top real estate search site, with multiple pictures, Virtual Tour, agent contact info, and instant notification via Blackberry Pager - the Enhanced Listing service is an upgraded service purchased by Team Schuessler.

- Double MLS exposure. As a member of both the N. Nevada Board of Realtors and the S. Lake Tahoe Board of Realtors, your property's listing appears on both systems, giving you double the MLS exposure of other listings.

- All pictures taken for MLS listings, websites, brochures, and any other advertising, are taken with a wide angle lens, thus giving your pictures greater appeal to buyers.

- Provide Virtual Tours on all MLS listings, websites, etc. This allows buyers to see a narrated scan of your property in the best possible light.

- Employ an innovative and effective 1(800) # with your property's own extension, providing callers with an extensive description of your property 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
